Can i bring a guest?
Yes! You can absolutely bring a guest! Due to the size of our shop we request you only bring one guest with you to your appointment. Usually there is not problem bringing your guest back into the tattoo room with you but since our space is so small on especially busy days we may ask your guest to wait in the lobby unless its necessary for you to have them with you for emotional or physical support!
Do you tattoo dark skin?
Yes. Always! I also offer free color tests to anyone with darker skin tones who may be wondering how color may heal on them before committing to a color tattoo with me. Color tattoos heal very differently on different skin tones and varies between people even with similar skin tones. i beleive that anyone should be able to get a tattoo however they want so if youre interested in finding out what colors may look best on your skin please feel free to reach out!
Do you accept trades?
Yes! I love the barter system! i especially love to do trades with other artists and trade workers. Im not always financially able to accept trades all the time but am always open to hearing offers! I also am open to trade for vintage toys, collectables and oddities so if its something youre curious about feel free to reach out!
What do i do about allergies?
I try to keep my station and products i use as hypoallergenic as i can. i have multiple options for most of the products i use and always let people know of any common allergens contained in them. I use nitrile gloves to make sure latex allergies arent a problem. if you do have any allergies your worried about please let me know so i can double check everything i might be using on you that its safe for your skin!
What is disability access like?
Our shop is a one floor building on street level. we try to be as accessable as we can to anyone with disabilities and all of our tattoo furniture can be lowered or raised to your needs. if you think youll need any accomidations when coming in please let us know. our parking is not always accessable on week days so if youd like to park closer to our shop please let us know to book you on a weekend!
Where do i park?
We have multiple parking options! there is street parking outside of the shop available all day on weekends. street parking is NOT availble between 4-6 pm on weekdays. There is a side street and free church parking closeby as well and when booking i will send you a full write up of these options along with a map to help you understand where they are!
Do i tip?
I always appreciate being tipped but in my practice it is not required! I try to price myself so that i am financially stable without being tipped so please do not feel obligated to tip me just to be polite. i also am perfectly happy to be tipped in food/toys/trinkets or any non traditional tip if you want to tip something other than cash!
